1. For Customers

Contact information (name, address, email address, telephone/mobile number).
Identification parameters: Resident Identity Card (KTP), Passport Number, Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and Family Card (KK).
Banking information (direct debit logs and related billing transactions).
Device parameters: OS version, hardware version, device ID (IMEI tag), signals, screen resolution, manufacturer model, and internet browser type.
Geographic location insights extracted from your IP or GPS address, Base Station, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals.

2. For Partners and Vendors

Contact inputs (name, address, e-mail address, and phone number parameters).
Identification parameters (KTP, Passport, NPWP, BPJS metrics, Driving License (SIM)).
Business structural info (organization name, job title, department, office coordinates, directors, shareholders).
Recorded platform media (Telephone records, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom archives).
Details contained in business registration documents, trade references, and bank statements.

3. For Guests or Visitors

Contact arrays and identity papers validation parameter (KTP, passport, etc.).
Logistics data: Reason for visiting, date, and exact time limits of visit.
Video and image logs recorded natively by our CCTV surveillance networks.
Biometric metrics if permitted for authorization checkpoints (voice print, physical characteristics).
Hardware device identities and geographical coordinates records while inside premises.

4. For Applicants & Candidates

Contact logs and verification credentials (KTP, KK, NPWP, BPJS parameters, SIM).
Demographic insights (age span range, marital status, gender).
Financial inputs (beneficiary's income parameters, pay slips, bank account numbers).
Educational tracking indexes (field of study, university records, professional certifications).
Photos or video files uploaded conditionally during application phases.

Additional Sensitive Personal Data Bounds

You are required to provide such additional sensitive/specific personal data if you enter one of Our premises or attend one of Our events during a time of crisis such as war, terrorism, riots, natural disaster or health crisis/disease outbreak, collecting: Physical health condition; The health conditions of individuals in your household; Your health test results, if any; Are you currently or have you ever been in self-isolation when you are or have been sick; Body temperature.
